fans got a Nikon DSLR camera offers a new camera, the Nikon D5500, and this is
the slimmest camera, lightest and smallest in the category of DSLR camera. Is
the Canon, the main competitors will present a challenger?
Although criticized
only a few upgrades, but but with the key addition of a touch-sensitive rear
LCD screen and slightly altered ergonomics. The Canon EOS 100D, or SL1 as it's
known stateside, is smaller, lighter, and slimmer - but then it doesn't have a
vari-angle LCD screen.
The Nikon D5500
has a 3.2-inch LCD 1,037k dot screen that is fully articulated, meaning you can
tilt it up and down. It makes shooting at extreme angles with the D5500 a lot
easier. This new camera is equipped with Full HD video camera. Record 1080
video at a high speed frame rate of 60p—perfect for capturing fast-moving
subjects or creating ultra-smooth slow motion effects. Add artistic filters and
effects and even retouch your shots right in the camera, and then share your
creations instantly with built-in Wi-Fi to facebook or twitter, easily and
quickly.
The D5500
is a midrange DX-format that sports a 24MP CMOS sensor with no optical low-pass
filter and equipeed with the latest EXPEED 4 processor. With the launch of the Nikon
D5500, then certainly the D5300 will be discontinued, but still can be found in
the nearest camera store or at various online stores. This new camera offers an
ISO range of 100-25600 and 5 fps burst shooting, while the 39-point AF system
can track subjects in '3D'. With touch-to-focus onboard, the D5500 will not
only appeal more directly to novice photographer familiar with smartphone
shooting, but also allow for more precise control when you're shooting HD
video.
To create
amazing photos and fantastic videos, a DSLR camera needs a great lens, a great
image sensor and great image processing. You get all of that in the D5500. It's
high-resolution sensor has no optical low-pass filter, freeing it to capture

Thanks to the EXPEED 4 image
processor, you can crop or enlarge your shots without losing detail or
sharpness. You can create photos in low light up to 25,600 ISO, 1080/60p videos
and an extremely wide dynamic range. Do not forget to maximize the Effect mode
or creative effect features.
You can make
a scene look like a miniature model, highlight one color within a B&W
photo, and more. Retouch Menu makes it easy to improve the look of your photos.
Soften skin tones, highlight a subject, soften a background, crop, create a
color outline and more, with ease, and all you can do without having to spend
extra money to buy new software.
The Nikon
D5500 is great for holidays and daily use. It's small and lightweight, just
14.9-oz. The D5500 is designed with a monocoque structure featuring long-fiber
reinforced thermoplastics, so you won't worry when conditions get rough. Nikon
claims the camera is strong and durable. You can use this ergonomic camera to
capture the special moments and interesting events in a variety of light
conditions, as well as in a variety of shooting situations. Its 39-point AF
system includes nine highly accurate cross-type sensors for enhanced AF
accuracy. Nikon also claims to have improved the contrast detection auto focus
used when the Nikon D5500 is in Live View mode by 20 per cent. The D5500 is a
highly intelligent camera that makes it easy to take great photos and videos.
