New Olympus and Pentax cameras in 2014

This year the enthusiast of camera got the news from two different countries on the launch of two brands of cameras, namely the launch of a new full frame camera from Pentax, and a professional mirrorless camera from Olympus. 

Pentax Russia confirms that its FF camera coming in 2014 and there is a probability of Pentax 645D II coming at end of 2014. If you are fond of old-fashioned design of the camera, then the Pentax Full Frame camera will satisfy you. The design is antique, but certainly using technology features and cutting-edge technology. This Pentax camera will be a fusion of art and technology. Wow.

Olympus will also launch a new OM-D camera in the form of the OM-D E-M10. This is According to a listing by the Indonesian government roommates shows a registration for a device called the E-M10 by Olympus.

According to latest rumors surfaced over the web the upcoming Pentax DSLR may have similar design as the retro Pentax LX camera. Pentax LX was a 35mm film camera made by Pentax between 1980 and 2001. Pentax Full frame camera is coming on 2014, expected to arrive before Photokina 2014.

Olympus E-M10 is expected to have a brand new image processor. The camera is said to be smaller than the E-M5. It’s a sort of E-PL sized body with EVF on top. And unlike the other OMD models this one has a built-in Flash.

Olympus E-M10 key features:

- True Pic VII processor (same as E-M1)
- Very small body
- integrated flash
- 3 or 5 axis stabilization
- Smaller Body
- comes with new compact zoom as kit lens

Olympus E-M10 comes with 3 axis image stabilization, whiles both the E-M5 and E-M1 and featured with 5 axis stabilization. The camera kit that will hit market shelves will come along with the M.Zuiko 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 ED compact standard zoom lens. Olympus also will launch new M.Zuiko Digital 25mm f/1.8 lens. There's no word yet about the camera's pricing or availability, but we expect an official statement at next month's CP+ show in Yokohama.

Because of there is no certainty on the features and design specifications on both cameras, we should await the official announcement from the Olympus and Pentax, so we can consider carefully before buying a new camera. The digital camera enthusiast and the beginner will get a lot of surprises before March 2014.
